In person, Chris is without a doubt the best trainer I’ve ever worked with.  Now, with virtual Zoom training sessions, he hasn’t missed a beat.  Chris carefully plans every workout to cover general training as well as exercises and stretches specifically designed to address issues caused by home confinement.  My goal is to improve my level of training during the COVID pandemic and Chris is getting me there.

Simply said, Chris Wilde changed my body, my health and my life. I’m a physician and I was skeptical
that after 70 years of life it is even possible to add muscle strength, correct posture, and improve
balance. Chris proved to me that it is, indeed, possible and that it’s also possible to enjoy the process.
Among his many talents, Chris is able to skillfully assess an individual’s needs, set goals and help achieve those goals. His workouts are always fresh, personalized and functional. I take great pleasure in
knowing how many daily efforts I’m able to accomplish with ease; not to mention how much I’ve
improved sports performance. Most importantly I sincerely look forward to every session with Chris. He instructs, encourages and rewards with consummate professionalism. His studio is comfortable, private and well-equipped, but frankly, I would travel anywhere to work with Chris. I never miss a single session.

Personal Trainer

As unbelievable as it is to me, I am as of this writing beginning my 5th year of training with Chris Wilde. It has been time well spent. I never thought of myself as someone who would ever hire a trainer, but a nearly debilitating Seadoo accident my first year of retirement changed the course of that way of thinking. After 6 months of crutches from a shattered sacrum, I found myself nervous to workout for fear of hurting myself. Chris entered my life as a gift from my wife to help me get back into the gym. It worked! At 63, I am probably in the best shape of my life at an age when most people only dream of how they moved when they were young.

With Chris’ guidance I not only got past my fear of exercising again, but I healed and discovered a whole new life than what I had thought retirement would be. Not only did I continue to pursue the benefits of exercise, but I also entered totally into healthy eating and living a healthy lifestyle. Over the years some of my physical pursuits have caused other problems that Chris has helped me work out. So far he has helped me get back into the game after a few back issues: bulging disks, stenosis, leaking disk with nerve pressure, and spondylolisthesis with nerve root contact, 2 shoulder impingements, one shoulder surgery, strained MCL, torn adductor, and a torn bicep tendon with lingering surgical issues. But with his handling and motivation during some low periods I continued to enjoy an active lifestyle. Haha, as someone once said, “ I’d rather wear out than rust out”.

Since training with him I not only got back on the Seadoo and have been able to enjoy it each summer, but I have participated obstacle races such as 2 Warrior Dashes, and 5 Spartan Races. I achieved my first Spartan Trifecta which includes running  5, 10 and 13 mile races in one calendar year. I have run over 45 race miles and maneuvered over 165 obstacles in races. I participated in one Body Building Physique Show and placed 4th. I have ridden camels and camped in the Sahara Desert. In 3 weeks from today I will be scaling Mt Kilimanjaro with my daughter. And besides all of this he convinced me to study for and to come out of retirement and become a personal trainer. I am now four years into it. And I continue training with him.

I can honestly say that none of that would have happened without Chris. He’s the man! A good trainer motivates you to keep at it when you don’t think you can, inspires you to do better and live life to your fullest, and is fun. Chris is all of that! There is no doubt that Chris has changed my life and now I can plan on running races, climbing mountains, snowboarding and summer Seadooing well into what was once  considered old age. “Youth has no age.”

                                                                                           Thanks Chris!

Chris Wilde is awesome!! I’ve been training with him for about a year. He motivates me, encourages me,and builds my confidence. Working out with Chris has helped me become stronger, leaner, and moreenergetic. I appreciate the fact that he is extremely attentive to form. During our sessions, Chris iscompletely focused on me and my form so that I gain the most benefit from each exercise and for injury prevention. One of his (many!) strengths is zeroing in on problem areas. I have had knee pain for years.Chris has worked with me on exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee, which has decreased my knee discomfort significantly. The 303 Performance studio is just getting started so it is small, but the space is being expanded andadditional equipment continues to be added. There aren’t a lot of frills but there is definitely enoughequipment to get a good, balanced workout. Finally, Chris really cares about his clients. A friend and I both work out with him, and he is interested inour lives both inside and outside of the gym. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Dear Chris,

A Huge thanks for working with me in my state of recovery from brain surgery. Since we began about twenty months ago you have helped me improve my balance, strength, core and posture to the point that I'm feeling secure without a walking stick and looking forward to improving further. You have an amazing capacity to understand how one's specific physical movements need to be adjusted and how the body works (or doesn't) and how to correct the problems. And you do all of this with grace, humor, kindness, and patience. Plus we have fun and laugh a lot.

Though I'm not a jock, I have been somewhat active during my 75 years on this planet. By now the "gym life" has become part of my week and I don't intend to give it up. I thank you for the professional training, encouragement, and making it all enjoyable.

I've been training with Chris for about 5 months and he's been incredible. When I started training I was very overweight and weighed 322 pounds. My diet was terrible, energy was low, and haven't seen the inside of a gym in years. I wanted to make a change in my life and get healthier, so I started training with Chris. Over the past 5 months I've completely changed my diet and exercise routine. So far I've lost 45 pounds and currently on track to hit my goal weight. Training with Chris has been motivating. I now train with him twice a week and go to my local gym 3-4 times a week. I was basically starting from scratch on what/how to work out again and Chris has helped me every step of the way. Something that Chris does that I haven't seen other trainers do is he is completely focused on workout with you. Making sure that you are doing the exercise correctly to avoid injury as well as maximizing the effectiveness of the exercise. Other trainers might just count reps while counting down the minutes before the session is over, but Chris is 100% locked in during the whole workout. I don't know how far I would have gotten (or maybe given up) without Chris every step of the way.   â€‹

I have worked with several fitness trainers in my life and Chris is the BEST! He really cares about me and my health. Really!!! I wish I had started with him a long time ago. Additionally, I have never met a trainer that makes sure I am doing exercises correct and makes sure I don't get injured. All I can say is that I am happy that I have finally found a trainer that cares and that is helping me towards the pathway of better health and fitness. He's doing it because he loves what he does and he loves helping people.

I'm 69, I've had two knee replacements, multiple sports and accident injuries in elbows, shoulders, hips, and neck. I also have significant arthritis and I was 50 pounds overweight. I was referred to and began training with Chris three years ago. I selected him because of his professionalism and commitment to sort out the complexity of my fitness needs.

Chris Specializes in Functional Fitness. He is always current in the art of his profession and he knows how to apply and teach. This is really is mantra. He looks for new techniques that improve how I feel and live my life. I am now a full-on gym rat. I train with Chris 4 days per week, and I will be in motion for the rest of my life. It simply would not have happened if not for Chris. I have lost 40 pounds, I am much more flexible, I sleep better, I quit drinking alcohol, and I am much better overall. He is a fabulous trainer. He's funny and a great human being. I would adopt him if I could.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN....

To the best of my recollection, Chris Wilde began working with my husband in 2014.  My husband needed special effort as he was/is suffering with advanced dementia and we wanted to help him with mobility, balance and endurance.  Chris was/is the best combination of knowledge, experience, demeanor and compassion in his approach to helping others with exercise,  improving stamina and vitality.  Chris is a gentleman as well as a gifted practitioner with excellent anatomical understanding.

In June, 2017, I began utilizing the services of Chris Wilde for my own desire to strengthen my endurance and increase flexibility.   I am amazed at where I began in my quest and what I have accomplished in the past 18 months.  I am able to perform exercises that are far beyond what my expectations were at the time.  It has been invigorating and exciting and fun.

Chris goes the extra mile for his clients and demonstrates how very interested he is in being of help.  He is sincerely committed to improving the quality of life for us and for this we are greatly appreciative.  We both are very grateful to

be enjoying the dedication and skills of Chris Wilde.
